  • Description

When designing innovative, meaningful digital experiences, mapping is a key method we use to explore and iterate upon complex problems, flows and challenges. Explore mapping concepts using Figma to learn more about your users, their key flows and problems, and how to solve them. Instructor Drew Bridewell introduces you to how you can use UX mapping to organize complex data into a digestible, understandable collection of information. He walks you through tooling fundamentals using Figma and goes over how to map flows in Figma. Drew covers how you can use these mappings to identify problems, uncover opportunities, and develop strategies to address the problems and opportunities you’ve discovered. Plus, he provides practical suggestions to help you build on the course material in ways that benefit your projects, teams, and workflows.
