Recruiting is a term that everyone working in a company has been involved with anyway. You have probably been looking for a job position at least once, or you have sat across the table looking for a talented and skilled person. This term (combination of the two words Recruitment and Hiring) is a process of different types of activities that ultimately lead to the addition or replacement of a person who fits the needs of your company in a job position. "Recruitment" includes a long process that is designed and implemented in order to select the best candidates for a job position; While "hiring" is done as the last step of this process, when the right person is selected from many of those candidates.
