More details
DescriptionWelcome to the course Molecular biology: Introduction to the microscopical world.
In this course you will learn the foundations of biochemistry and biomolecules. As a matter of fact, after you study all lectures of this course, you will have the tools to grasp other topics like cellular biology.
This course will provide you enough resources to delve into more complex biological areas. In fact, these lessons are focused on the following concepts:
Understand and analyze all elements on the periodic table
Classification of organic compounds
In-depth analysis of chemical bonds
Learn all characteristics, functions, and structures of biomolecules
Detailed study of particular types of biomolecules
On the one hand, understanding how the fundamentals of biochemistry will make you master other biology areas due to a solid basic knowledge in the biochemistry area. On the other hand, learning about biomolecules will make you knowledgeable of how they are crucial for our diet, and their positive impact on our bodies due to their nutritional benefits.
By the end of this course, you will hopefully have the educational resources in order to face basic level science tests related to molecular biology. Besides, I also hope you will feel inspired to continue studying the magnificence of the world around us.
Who this course is for:
- Home-schooled students
- Pre-medical/Pre-pharmacy students
- Lifelong learners/Adult learners/Non-traditional students enrolled in a Molecular Biology course
- Introductory college students
