About Bash ShellLearn More
In short, Bash is the Unix command line interface (CLI). Also called terminal, command line or shell. It is a command language that allows us to work with our computer files in a much more efficient and powerful way than using a GUI (Graphical User Interface).
"Shell" is a program in Linux and Unix, in which you can enter commands to be executed by the system. When you open a terminal window in Linux, it's actually running a shell program, which provides a user interface for entering commands. This user interface is usually known as "command line". When you enter a command in this command line, it will be executed by the shell and the result will be displayed on the screen.
