About Flask FrameworkLearn More
Flask is a web framework or a Python module that allows you to easily develop your own web applications. The flask framework has a compact core and simple extensible instructions. More precisely, Flask is a micro-framework because it lacks many of the common tools and libraries of other frameworks. For example, by default, Flask cannot work with databases and validate forms, and for this you have to go to existing libraries and databases.
Flask was partially influenced by the Sinatra framework written in Ruby. Unlike most of its competitors, Siantra does not support the MVC model and instead focuses on building high-speed web applications. This framework provides you with the basic facilities for building a web application, and if you need more modules, you can add them to the project. The flask framework is based on the Werkzeg WSGI tool and the Jinja2 template engine, both from the Pocco project. It is designed to keep the core of the application simple and scalable. Also, instead of an abstract layer for database support, Flask supports plugins to add such capabilities to the application.
