Too often our work relationships are more complicated than they need to be. This impacts job satisfaction, morale, and productivity. In this course, Working and Communicating with Different Personalities, you’ll gain the ability to work and communicate better with others because of a foundational understanding of differences in personalities. First, you’ll explore the basics of personalities as well as assessments that help us understand one another. Next, you’ll learn about the Myers-Briggs and DiSC assessments and learn how to decipher assessment results. Finally, you’ll learn how to put all of this information together so you can have improved work relationships and communication. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of people and personalities needed to excel in your career by connecting more effectively with people.
