  • Description

An effective hybrid cloud administrator needs to understand compute both on-prem and in Azure. This course teaches you how to implement Hyper-V virtual machines and Windows containers in a hybrid cloud context using both Microsoft and Docker tools.

    What You'll Learn?

Nowadays "compute" can mean virtual machines (VMs) or Docker containers. In this course, Windows Server 2022: Manage Virtual Machines and Containers, you’ll gain the ability to implement Hyper-V VMs and Docker containers both in local and Azure environments. First, you’ll explore Hyper-V virtualization and some of its many options. Next, you’ll discover Docker container development, deployment, and administration. Finally, you’ll learn how to configure Windows Server VMs that run in Azure virtual networks. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of hybrid cloud compute needed to effectively manage these workloads. You'll also cover the relevant objectives of Exam AZ-800, Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure.
