I've worked with Fortune 100's, start-ups, and everywhere in-between, providing everything from interaction design to market research. I believe that gaining a thorough understanding of the people using what we build is the foundation for every component of a successful business; design and experience, marketing strategy, hiring, product strategy, sales, everything. Companies hire me to help understand who their users are, what they need, how that ties into business goals, and how to utilize that information to craft better experiences for everyone involved.
