    Does your product, project or company struggle with a consistent core brand look and feel across many different customer experiences and interactions? In this course, we’ll dive in to how and why to implement a UX design system.

    What You'll Learn?


      Brand consistency is paramount to brand recognition, user experience and the bottom line. The task to implement a UX design system requires a cohesive, collaborative process across many different stakeholders. In this course, UX Design Systems, you’ll learn about the importance of design systems and style guides, how to create a cohesive design system and documentation, and how to manage the design system for different teams and contexts. First, you’ll explore why to implement a design system. Next, you’ll discover how to implement a design system through a collaborative approach. Finally, you’ll learn how to deploy and manage a design system and its documentation. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to create and manage a brand UX Design System needed to generate brand consistency across many different customer and/or user interactions.

    Megan Young is a freelance designer and front-end developer in beautiful southern Oregon. After graduating from Oregon State University, Megan began her career in design working primarily in print advertising for small agencies, before making her way into the world of front-end design and development. Megan has worked in the design industry for over 10 years and has spent the last 11 years specializing in e-commerce and front-end development.
