Description
Everything is connected and dependent on communication and data. In this course, Christopher Randall introduces the different types of communication and data systems copper and fiber-optic, he explains the basic components, and shows how they go together. He details the two primary types of connectivity, copper wire and fiber optic, and shows how wireless networking fits in. Throughout the course, Chris also explains the equipment that ties all these networking transport mechanisms together.

He has masterfully executed the positions of estimator, project manager, service manger and logistics manager. His field supervisory experience as well as involvement with other types of external organizations give him a well rounded understanding of the construction industry. He is constantly expanding his knowledge though continuous educational classes, seminars and other related coursework.
Chris also is an author and instructor of construction, estimating and construction management content for Lynda.com and LinkedIn Learning. His instructional videos are viewed and used by construction managers and executives worldwide.
Chris' volunteer work is robust, including many hours as an EMT, firefighter and first aid/CPR instructor. He is also involved in youth sports safety initiatives.
