    Description

Time and life are synonymous: if you want to carve out your space and make a difference, you need to know how to efficiently utilize the resource of time to achieve your personal and professional goals, while also enhancing satisfaction in your day-to-day activities.

The course instructors are Ph.D. holders in engineering (before turning 30!), and after years of teaching in higher education, they realized that the market favors students who can intelligently manage their time over those who only excel in academics.

Hence, we have created this course, organizing knowledge learned and researched from various sources, as well as tried and tested by us and many others. Our goal is to make the material as didactic and straightforward as possible, while also being the most comprehensive on the subject.

The course aims for you to, without unnecessary complications, learn and apply concepts, techniques, and tools already tested on time management. Making better decisions about our most valuable resource is essential for you to be the protagonist of your life. But it's not just that: this course will also teach you how to train and lead more productive teams—an essential skill if you want to succeed in the 21st century, leadership for problem-solving!

This course is structured into 15 sections and five major blocks:

    1. The 4P’s method for productivity.

    2. This block discusses awareness of time usage and time as an asset.

    3. This block covers physiological aspects of time usage.

    4. This is the most extensive block, which presents techniques and tools for time management and focus.

    5. The final block concludes the course with a discussion on the mindset of continuous improvement related to time management.

Moreover, we take the didactic aspect very seriously too. Time management isn't just about theory; practice is necessary. That's why the course is structured in a way that you can immediately apply the knowledge gained after each class.

At the end of each class, an activity will be proposed for you to put into practice what you have learned in the course. The proposed activities are flexible so that you can adapt them to your specific needs.

We are confident that the course will make you an excellent time manager and a leader who can motivate and teach others to be more productive. However, again, it is essential that you apply the knowledge learned throughout the course.

What do you gain in return?

Enhanced resume value, the ability to organize and streamline processes and teams, increased productivity (our students always stand out in the market), improved personal and family quality of life through a better understanding and use of the time resource.

    Who this course is for:

    • People struggling to balance personal and professional life
    • Managers and leaders who want greater productivity for themselves and their team
    • University students who also work or intern
    • Anyone looking to achieve their goals in less time and with a higher quality of life
    • Students and/or professionals in the areas of Engineering, Economics, Administration and Accounting who want to improve their CV
    • Entrepreneurs looking to enhance their businesses through increased individual and team productivity
    • Those seeking a better quality of life through the effective use of time resources
