During his doctoral research about multicultural R&D teams, he examined the performance the world's most preeminent particle physicists at the Large Hadron Collider in Geneva.He moved to China in 2003, where he successfully developed various entrepreneurial ventures in software distribution. As CEO at AsiaAnalytics (formerly SPSS China, co-founded in 2006), he turned the company from an SPSS Inc. (now IBM) Master Distributor into a leading provider of analytics consulting services. He also gained experience in the finance (Deloitte), advertising (Publicis Media), FMCG and chemical (Henkel) industries.
