Growing up in Mexico city taught Roberto a lot about life in a big city, but at the age of 10 Roberto and his family emigrated to the USA and started a new life. After learning English, and working hard in school, Robertoâ€™s determination opened up a number of exciting opportunities that led him to putting himself through college, multiple degrees, and a career in photography.
You can learn a lot on your own, but investing in photography education can accelerate your progress and provide you with support and mentoring. Robertoâ€™s life experiences had a huge impact on his decision to move into wedding photography.
The key to Robertoâ€™s rapid rise in the industry was his approach and commitment to deliberate practice.
Developing a style that identifies your work as your own, and really speaks to your own creative vision allows you to market yourself in a very crowded field.
