HOWEVER when I first started out?

I built my first agency to 120 clients in pure CHAOS.

• constant fires to put out

• client drama

• refunds

• people complaining the leads are bad

• cash flow problems

• never enough leads

• staff turnover

In 7+ years, I don't think a day went by that I wasn't stressed out.

And nervously checked my email 50-100x for the next fire to put out.

I barely had a moment's peace to just be and enjoy life.

And that went on far longer than I'd care to admit.

See chaos is caused by too much complexity.

The solution is to do LESS, but better.

When McDonald's first started scaling they sold only burgers.

That's not the case today. But happy meals and chicken McNuggets came after scale.

Because scale loves simplicity.
