Crisp, thorough and meaningful examples throughout - Much of this still applies to Dune 3 - Would be nice to see an updated feature explanation, but that said - one of the better synth overviews I've seen to date. Thank you!

Very well done tutorial especially explaining the modulations and routings as they are the most complex aspects of this capable synth. Half a point taken because no talk about the 'audio rate modulation' which can take the quality of sound even higher ;)

a very good yet surprisingly quick guide to all the features of Dune. Larry is very easy to follow and clear in his explanations.

Well it covers all parts of the synth but the explanations leave a lot to be desired. Testing all the filter types with the resonance turned down when it is pretty much impossible to hear a difference between them at that setting. The difference lies in how the resonance respons (at least to my ears). This goes for a lot of other small things as well. It is almost as if the person making the video has not thougth things trough. This does not have a premium video feel but could be up on youtube for free.

Excellent overview and run through of a brilliant software synth! The course instructors also includes some nuggets of sound design, which helps showcase the power of Dune 2. Highly recommended as a "101" to the synth.

This is a very concise series of videos, but there are plenty of sound examples all along. There are also quite a few sound design examples throughout, and tips on how to use the features to create usable and novel sounds.
