    Hello, my name is Sharon Danzger, and I'm a Productivity Consultant, Leadership Coach, Author, and Founder of Control Chaos (established in 2006 and an SBA certified Women Owned Small Business). I have a diverse background that enables me to offer a unique perspective on balancing priorities.During the early part of my career, I worked for a global financial services company, gaining experience in a variety of areas, including commercial real estate, corporate finance underwriting, and corporate social responsibility. In the non-profit sector, I have experience in leadership development, governance, training, and oversight of an $18 million budget.While I am grateful to have been genetically wired for organization and productivity, I too have experienced the feeling of being stuck in 'neutral' without a sense of fulfillment. Through self-exploration, greater self-awareness, and the study and practice of positive psychology, I was able to make small changes in my everyday routines that shifted me to a growth mindset and greater well-being. As a coach and trainer, I strive to empower my clients to achieve this same feeling of contentment and flourishing.I hold a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MS in Real Estate from New York University. I am a certified professional coach through iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, and hold the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) designation from the ICF, the International Coach Federation.One of my top strengths is a "love of learning."
