This course will teach you the principles and practice of developing applications to interact with databases using Spring Data. This course will teach you how to write efficient code that accesses databases from Java applications.

In this course, Spring Data 2022 Fundamentals, you’ll learn to interact with database applications from Java programs, using Spring Data. First, we’ll introduce Spring Data and examine its general features. Next, we’ll discover how to define query methods with Spring Data, how to limit the query results and do sorting, paging and streaming. Finally, you’ll learn how to work with modifying queries and how to use Query by Example. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of Spring Data 2022 needed to quickly and efficiently develop Java database applications using Spring Data.

Born in Pitesti, Romania, I have studied Computer Science in Bucharest, graduating in 1997 and obtaining a PhD in 2006, with the thesis "Spatial Databases for the Reconstruction of the Relief". I have taught at University "Politehnica" Bucuresti courses and seminaries on Analysis of Algorithms, Computer Graphics, Logic Design and Databases Design. I have been involved in the software development industry, working since the end of the '90s and being focused on Java and Java technologies since the early 2000. I am currently conducting/developing Java and Web courses inside the Luxoft company.
