I actually complained about Thomas plugging Soothe2 in his Mix Bus Processing course. However, it turns out that Soothe2 really is a bit of a magical plug-in, and there isn't anything out there that can quite do the same range of things that this one does. I'd recommend doing Oeksound's own tutorials first (available inside the plug-in) because they are very easy to follow and provide an excellent overview of the plug-in. Doing Thomas' course then becomes about consolidating what you learned there. I think the Black Friday deal on this expensive plug-in just ended, so perhaps hold off until the next sale for those who are keen on adding it their arsenal. It goes from $199 down to a more reasonable (?) $139. Unless of course you happen to be loaded, in which case you won't care, either way. Cheers, Thomas!
