When Imarni launched her nail salon in Shoreditch, London, at the tender age of 23, she had no idea where her artistic flare would take her. Now, 5 years later, after diligently practicing her designs and growing her business, she is creating complex nail art for celebrities and pop stars. In this class, she shares the tools and techniques to inspire budding nail artists, creative enthusiasts, or even fashionistas to create unique nail art for themselves at home. 

In this colorful class, Imarni will walk you through eight nail designs — from beginner to intermediate to complex — and inspire and give you the confidence to experiment with your own designs in future!

Using gel nail polish, you’ll try:

• Preparing, shaping and applying base color to your nails
• Beginner design techniques from dots and rose quartz to clouds
• Intermediate designs such as festival nails, color grades and shattered glass
• Advanced techniques like flames and Old English lettering

This class is appropriate for all levels; however, you will need a specific set of tools before starting. Imarni’s techniques use gel polish with a UV lamp and some designs require additional materials. Please see the Resources tab for a complete list of recommended and required materials.
