These pivotal roles as GM of such properties having an area of over 300,000 sq mts   allowed me  to amass valuable experience in managing and optimizing shopping centers and mixed-use developments in  establishing  me  as an industry expert and regional representative of Abu Dhabi in shopping Centre and retail industry . Furthermore, As  GM Operations at Tilal Development Company S.A.O.C  in Muscat,  Sultanate of Oman ,  I was  involved in managing prestigious properties like Muscat Grand Mall, Salalah Grand Mall, Nizwa Grand Mall, and various commercial and residential towers. The magnitude of these projects, encompassed an impressive area of 500,000 square meters, allowed me to gain  and  demonstrate unparallel expertise in handling complex operations with finesse and strategic acumen.Beyond my corporate accomplishments, I also have  a distinguished background in law enforcement. My earlier  tenure as a Superintendent of Police was marked by an unwavering commitment to public service, integrity, and exceptional investigative skills which included notable achievements in combating terrorism  and solving high-profile cases earned me  the prestigious Sheri-I-Kashmir Gallantry Award, a testament to my strong commitment ,dedication and outstanding contributions to the community.As an CEO and Founder of Bricks and Clicks, a Shopping Mall Management and Retail Advisory company , I'm constantly trying   to bridge the gap between the investor and the developer  and to upscale  business development initiatives, implementing effective strategies to increase  revenue, and successfully driving occupancy rates to an impressive 100%.  My experience from ground Zero to higher echelons in the shopping centre  management has instilled in me solid  foundations and high standards of work ethics and values , precursor for an successful entrepreneur . Notably, as an accomplished author, having penned the memoir "Essentials of Mall Management."
