Securities are any type of paper or document that includes transferable financial rights for its owner. In other words, securities are a type of financial instrument with the ability to transfer. These bonds of any type, including ordinary shares, preferred shares, preemptive rights, bonus shares, partnership bonds, derivatives, trading options, futures contracts and sukuk, carry some kind of financial value for their owner. Also, the company or institution that issues securities is known as the issuer (distributor). In the capital market, these bonds are divided into three general sections: "debt bonds", "equity bonds", and "derivatives".
