About ResilienceLearn More
What is resilience?
Psychologists define resilience as follows:
"The process of accepting, confronting and successfully adapting to challenging and life-threatening situations. Very difficult conditions such as illness, the end of an emotional relationship, severe financial problems, unemployment, etc.
Research shows that those who have strengthened their resilience skills not only cope with difficult situations better, but also endure less stress and anxiety, which ultimately results in better physical and mental health. This skill, like all skills, can be learned.
