Helping someone identify what they are passionate about and then helping them craft a plan for success is very rewarding. As a frequent motivational speaker I love inspiring groups large or small as I challenge them to use their gifts and to love life! One on one communication with students is a priority along with teaching on campus or online classes. I usually have a writing project in the works!
