More details
DescriptionWelcome to the Product Roadmaps course!
I am extremely happy that you decided to join us and learn a lot about building and communicating your Product Strategy with Product Roadmaps, OKRs, product features, prioritization techniques and many more! We start our journey by understanding what the Product Roadmap is, why we need them and discussing the common misconceptions.
Later, we'll discuss Product Roadmap components, followed by topics related to understanding customer needs, product strategy, and product scoping. Because our resources are not from the rubber band, we need to discuss different prioritization techniques which we can use to prioritize our product ideas, hypotheses and features.
However, if we don't maintain and communicate our Product Roadmap, we can have a lot of questions due to misunderstandings. We'll finish our course with a practical example! We'll build a Product Roadmap for an online product - a personal trainer platform.
I am sure you will gain a lot of knowledge during our journey through the Product Management topics. This course will be extremely helpful for new and advanced Product Manager and Product Owners. However, if you are new to the Project Management, Business Analysis or just a Business person for Digital products, you can benefit from this course even more!
Keep moving forward. I wish you all the best!
