This course will help you begin to navigate the process of developing your own answers to those questions. You’ll learn about creating “the user manual of you,” understanding your own “spectrum of purpose,” the four most important elements of purpose, and you’ll do several brief exercises to explore ideas for finding more meaning in your work and your life.
