    Description

Demand Planning is vital and it ensures the ability to improve inventory management, increase customer satisfaction, optimize production planning, improve business strategy, and set and meet commitments. A good Demand Plan affects the entire organization, and in this course, I will walk you through the following objectives:

    • Gain skills in “sense checking” the Unconstrained Forecast

    • Understand how “chewy” conversations can help to build consensus

    • Learn how to build the Constrained Consensus Plan

    • How to apply judgement to add value to your business

In addition, we will build on the information from Course 1, learning how everything fits together and how we can reach consensus within our business. Demand creates the constrained consensus plan, and following this course, you will be able to get from the Multiview to the point where you are building consensus in your organization,

No matter your position or role, understanding demand is beneficial to the business. This course will set you apart and prepare you to make the decisions you need to drive success and continuous improvement. I am so excited to share with you my knowledge of Demand Management, and I hope you find it as interesting and rewarding as I do.

This is the second course of my four-course series, so if you would like to learn more, you can check out my other course offerings under my bio.
