Corey Barker has been a well-known Photoshop instructor for the past 10 years but has been using Photoshop for the past 20 years. Starting in version 2.0 Corey has used and mastered every version since and continues to inspire through his art and teachings with the latest versions. Corey attended the Ringling College of Art & Design where he was pursuing a degree in Illustration and discovered Photoshop in his 4th year and it was at that moment the craftsman found his tool of choice.Corey has since gone on to became an award-winning designer and educator in a variety of fields. In 2006 he joined the Photoshop guys on the popular podcast Photoshop TV and is a regular contributor to Photoshop User magazine where he writes the popular Down & Dirty Tricks column. He is also author of the best-selling books The Down & Dirty Tricks for Designers Vol 1 & 2. Corey also teaches at live events such Photoshop World and Adobe MAX. He also taught the Down & Dirty Tricks seminar tour teaching thousands live all over the country.Corey was recently inducted into the Photoshop Hall of Fame for his contributions to the education of Photoshop and continues to inspire through his online training, books, articles, and training events. He also recently founded Master FX Training website.
