Melissa also holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Adler University and a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Communications from The George Washington University. While in clinical practice, she held several licenses at the state and national levels and achieved certification through a Stanford University-sponsored program as a Chronic Disease Self-Management Educator.
