About this class

This class is designed to help you master one of the most in-demand and important topics in the motion industry, The Explainer Video. In this class, I’ll cover the main aspects of tackling a motion design project workflow. From the moment we get the script from the client to the final animation. It not going to be easy, Yet fun and exciting.

In this class you will learn:

How to use visual script and come up with a concept.
How to use Pinterest to gather references
How To sketch storyboard and transform it into an animatic
Crafting design boards and art direction
How to add playful animation
How to polish your final render

You’ll be creating:

A short animated piece that you can share on your social media and portfolio.

I highly recommend that you have a good foundation in animation and design, and be comfortable with using illustrator, photoshop, and after-effects.

I'll provide you with some templates and tools to make it easy for you to start your class project. And I will walk you step by step to reach the final animation, so you can follow up and post your work in progress along the way.
