  • Description

Windows Server 2019 is the operating system that bridges on-premises environments with Azure services, enabling hybrid scenarios and maximizing existing investments. Windows Server 2019 offers system insights, bringing local analytics capabilities and providing high-accuracy predictions to help turn reactive management into proactive care for your on-premises Windows Servers. It focuses on teaching you how to install and configure Windows Server 2019 quickly and easily. The course starts with an overview of what you should expect out of this course and then takes you straight to building your virtual lab environment. You will learn how to build a Windows Server 2019 domain using PowerShell, and later move on to Active Directory and Server 2019 administration. As you advance, you will also get to grips with technologies such as Group Policy, Domain Naming System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). Finally, you will cover disk management and firewall administration. By the end of this course, you will have learned how to install, configure, and manage a Microsoft Windows Server 2019 domain complete with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, certificates, and other roles and features commonly found in a Microsoft Windows Server 2019 domain.
