Karen currently maintains a number of certifications including CISSP, Microsoft Certified Trainer and Microsoft certifications: Microsoft Dynamics Fundamentals (MB-901), Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Core (MB-200), Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (MB-210), Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
