I lead the team responsible for activating culture and learning, building world-class leaders, and enabling the workforce of the future for Microsoft. I have expertise in organizational and executive development, the neuroscience of leadership, and co-led the creation of the Microsoft Code, which encompasses Microsoft’s Leadership Principles, Manager Expectations, Values, and Cultural Attributes, and is at the core of the company’s cultural transformation. Prior to this role, I worked in mergers and acquisitions for 10 years with the final 6 years as the General Manager of the Venture Integration Group. During my more than twenty years at Microsoft, I have held a variety of other roles within the company. When I’m not working, I’m an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fly-fishing, camping, and spending time with family in Montana and Hawaii.
