I learned how to understand Ultrabeat before coming to this tutorial series, so all the elements within Ultrabeat were familiar to me. This series showed me how to actually use it productively to create my own drum kits. Warning: if you don't really know Ultrabeat yet, this series won't have much impact. You'll likely be fumbling around in the dark much of the time. However, if you do know Ultrabeat but haven't really used it to create sounds yet, this series is pure gold. It's not only easy to follow for the Ultrabeat-initiated, it's also really easy to do-it-yourself while you're watching, which makes it lots of fun too. Fantastic course. Needs more reviews.
