Joanne is a candidate for a Ph.D. in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change. Additionally, Joanne has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Joanne is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), certified Crucial Conversations trainer, Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and a trained paralegal specializing in employment law. When Joanne is not working, she is spending time with her family on her favorite Caribbean beaches in her birthplace of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands and her parents native country, Antigua, West Indies.
