The following class will guide android users on how to design logos in pixallab.
As mentioned, the course is beginner friendly.
List of what's mentioned in the course:
How to download and use fonts(free and for commercial use).
Find color Palettes and extract colors(hex codes) from an image.
Decompress zip files.
Find textures.
Logo inspiration.
Basic pixellab knowledge:
Add text, edit text, change font, maximize left right padding, add texture, space letters and lines, add shapes, make a shape transparent, save image to gallery, save project and avoid contrast issues.
We don not hold back and also share all of our resources, cheat sheets and extremely detailed videos.
There's a pdf version of each section for students to look back on.
This is more of a type of backup.
One key rule to keep in mind after designing a logo: "Presentation is key".
How creative can you be when presenting a logo? Graphic design in it's entirely is being creative.
After completing the course students can promote their learned skills on sites like Upwork and Fiverr and start working as a freelancer. As a freelancer you are your own boss. You decide your hours, pay and take as many vacation days.Â
We know how many are visual learners and kept that in mind when recording our videos.
There is always room for improvement so don't worry about not perfecting the designs in one try.
