I am Luke Desira. By trade I am a Mechanical Engineer, and I’m in possession of a Master’s of Science in Integrated Product Development. From early on in my career I realised that I was meant to use my engineering skills in a realm that’s outside my profession. I have a great passion in service design and have always found ways to use my passion and knowledge to help businesses improve.I use ISO Management Systems as the framework through which I apply improvement practices. I have helped over 150 companies to get ISO 9001 Certification, and have mostly specialized on companies employing less than 75 people.
Students take courses primarily to improve job-related skills. Some courses generate credit toward technical certification. Udemy has made a special effort to attract corporate trainers seeking to create coursework for employees of their company.
