In this course, Introduction to the BABOK® Guide and Business Analysis Key Terms, you will learn foundational knowledge required to both deliver successful solutions as well as pass professional business analysis certification examinations. First, you will learn how to use the BABOK® guide as a key resource. Next, you will discover the key concepts, vocabulary, and stakeholders business analysts need to be comfortable working with. Finally, you will explore how to understand requirements and designs and their classifications required for delivering successful solutions. When you are finished with this course, you will have the skills and knowledge of articulating your business analysis work needed to deliver successful solutions as well as prepare you for passing business analysis certification examinations.
