    Description

Integral agility represents a groundbreaking approach to organizational agility that encompasses a comprehensive perspective, addressing cultural, structural, and strategic dimensions. In a rapidly changing business landscape, companies are realizing that agility is not merely a set of practices but a fundamental mindset and capability necessary for survival and success.

This approach recognizes that one-size-fits-all solutions are inadequate for the complexities of modern organizations. Integral agility embraces the idea that adaptability requires a deep understanding of an organization's unique context and a tailored approach that blends traditional and agile methodologies. It emphasizes the importance of aligning an organization's culture, leadership development, and strategic execution to drive agility.

Integral agility offers numerous benefits. Firstly, it fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging employees to adapt and innovate. Secondly, it enhances responsiveness to change, enabling organizations to pivot quickly in response to market shifts or unexpected challenges. Thirdly, it improves strategic alignment, ensuring that an organization's goals are consistently linked to its actions. Additionally, it empowers leaders to make informed decisions, as they have a comprehensive view of their organization's dynamics.

In essence, Integral agility represents a holistic and adaptive approach that equips organizations to not only navigate the uncertainties and complexities of today's business environment but also thrive in the face of constant change. It's a pathway to sustainable success and resilience in an ever-evolving landscape.

    Instructor's Courses
For 6 years I worked as a traditional project manager PMP with large corporations such as IBM and MetLife before moving on to Agile approaches. I was a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for teams in finance, entertainment, e-commerce, and insurance for about 8 years. I worked for Sony PlayStation, Bank of America, AAA, Age of Learning, and Bank of California. I became SAFe SPC in 2014 when I developed my Agile coaching career as a  SAFe program coach for American Express, USAA, and Cox KBB, In the last part of my professional career, I was certified in Co-Active Coaching and ICAgile ICE-EC Expert Enterprise Coaching, which gave me the opportunity to provide enterprise and leadership coaching support for organizations such as Panera, Lennar, and American Express.I have taught Agile and SAFe to thousands of professionals.I take a holistic and integral approach to Agile Transformations, where Agile is not just a process or a set of values, but also a mindset, a way of looking at the world, a way of responding to the emerging future, a way to organize, and a way to achieve a higher level of maturity as a leader. My purpose is to help find and grow the potential of individuals and teams in order to achieve the goals important to them and their organization by shifting paradigms,  mindsets, practices, and structures.
Students take courses primarily to improve job-related skills. Some courses generate credit toward technical certification. Udemy has made a special effort to attract corporate trainers seeking to create coursework for employees of their company.
