With over 20 years of experience as an owner of a Hardscape and Renovation construction company myself, I've applied my skills and knowledge into a course to teach "project estimating/quoting" in order to allow more peers on the playing field, a greater advantage for financial success. This course being an introduction to hardscape.
At the end of this course, you will be empowered with the knowledge of construction terms and a high standard of materials and labor fundamentals.

With over 20 years of experience successfully owning, operating and Mastering a Renovation and Hardscape/Landscaping company, I have achieved the knowledge and status of "Professional". With a degree in Construction Estimating and Design, I've developed a multitude of projects, both indoor and outdoor along with an entrepreneurship in acquiring and developing real-estate for profit.I wish to share my knowledge on "Contracting for Profit", having created a formulating program to estimate projects costs and suggested mark-up without doubt. Having the knowledge on what costs are associated with projects and how to acquire those costs to determine a profit will enable my fellow peers the same advantages that I have had.
