Introduction to Couchbase

I am a content creator and instructor with 20+ years' experience in education whose passion is to provide creative, engaging, and innovative materials that are worth a learner's time. Training or learning is something most people do off the side of their desks, and I always create materials with that just-in-time approach in mind. I also create custom graphics and animations to give learners an unexpected dose of something visually as well as intellectually interesting. Content area of expertise: I have created eLearning, ILT, vILT, and videos with custom audio and custom graphics, workbooks, facilitator's guides, Quick Reference Guides (QBRs), and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) documents for the following areas: financial services IT platforms, bank operations departments, call-center operations departments, sales departments, compliance and regulatory departments, English composition, grammar, and usage. I am experienced working with the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, the financial services industry, as well as within traditional secondary education for English Language Arts, Social Studies, and post-secondary education preparation.
