I am a skilled agile coach with a product mind by day and a visual thinking evangelist by night.I am an expert in the software development industry and since 2011 I have been focusing on the organizational transformation of various types of businesses aimed at delivering great technology products that customers love, the better way. I have worked with start-ups, small and medium-sized product companies and big enterprises helping the organizations to adopt agile mindset.As an agile coach, I specialize in organizational change on a systemic and holistic level, advising the organization on the best approach to evolve their ways of working to meet their business needs and fit their unique context. I am not religious about the agile, certain framework in specific or anything else and I believe in pragmatism and meeting people where they are. I work with teams and leadership all together to help them find their unique tune.As a product person, I strongly believe in cross-disciplinary and diverse collaboration as a key to dealing with the ever-growing complexity of modern problems. I lean on servant leadership and facilitation as my main tool to enable teams to reach their potential. Naturally, I am interested in design thinking and human psychology and behavior to understand how we can build sustainable solutions for the future. I have solid experience working with multi-cultural teams and understand how to tackle the challenges that come with distributed set-ups.I am in a constant search for innovative methods of collaboration and since 2015 I have been training people in visual thinking to help specialists overcome complexities of communication and problem-solving. I blog, speak, organize a local community of visual thinkers in Copenhagen and I evangelize visual thinking as a powerful tool that changes the way we think, solve problems and communicate with each other.
