Hi! My name is Witold. I’m a software developer from Poland. During my career I have worked in Poland, Spain, Mexico and United Kingdom.Over the years I learned how to perfect my résumé (CV) and cover letters to appeal to international employers. I also improved my knowledge on what recruiters in Canada expect from job applicants.I learned how to find employers willing to hire IT workers from outside Canada. Companies that are not afraid to go through the visa process with you.I learned how to write my application so it won’t get rejected by automated systems which recruiters use to filter out candidates.And finally, I learned how to approach job interviews with confidence and how to answer interview questions.Thanks to all that knowledge and hard work I now live in Toronto with my family, have an amazing job with a wonderful team, and I am truly happy.
