Vinny Monteiro is a management consultant and operations professional with 15+ years of experience in boosting productivity of engineering, supply chain and logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and maintenance operations for Aerospace organizations.Vinny has led many Theory of Constraints (TOC) initiatives that have consistently delivered breakthroughs of 20 to 50% jump in performance.Vinny earned his B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and attained his graduate studies of M.S. in Engineering Management.He is also a Lean Six Sigma black belt (LSSBB) and a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).
