Vocations or callings are not often immediately known, so how does one discover their path through life? Understanding what drives a person’s progress or course of action in a profession drives me in my work. It is not simply deciding a career path but also what steps a student needs to take to achieve their vocational goals. Taking research & theories to actionable steps is my way of helping clients achieve their career goals. I strive to understand human capital needs to develop curriculum programs and train staff to create a “career consciousness” for each student effectively. Creating “career consciousness” with clients is my passion. Interests include: • Understanding human capital needs related to recruitment and retention of employees. • Using measurement and evaluation to guide strategy. • Developing programs and events that reach large audiences. • Creating marketing strategies to promote the office. • Managing staff and employee development. • Training and development of individuals and teams in managing their career progression
