Vadym has been involved in recruitment since 2005. In 2011, he founded the recruitment agency MindHunt, which fills vacancies worldwide with a focus on the EMEA region. He has a passion for leveraging sales and marketing strategies to attract and acquire new customers. Beyond his career, he pursues his interest in finance through investing and actively trading.
