I've 35+ yrs experience working within the corporate world...Leading teams and departments.  And now with 20+ years as a learning and developed expert, I've created and delivered interventions to thousands of managers and leaders for some of the worlds largest brands . Highly creative, I inject the edge that's needed to bring learning and development alive, create engagement, make change and deliver results. I've worked with individuals from across the corporate spectrum, from new starts to senior leaders, facilitating at large corporate conferences to delivering at small workshops and everything in-between.
