Timothy Wynn, PRP, is president of Perfect Rules Inc., a parliamentary consulting company that he founded with his brother, Todd, in 2011. Since that time, Timothy has traversed the four corners of the United States (from Honolulu to Seattle to Boston to Miami), and almost everywhere in between, assisting national and international organizations with their parliamentary needs.He has received the highest credential awarded by the National Association of Parliamentarians, having attained the designation of Professional Registered Parliamentarian, which is bestowed only upon those who have demonstrated the highest levels of prowess in Teaching, Presiding, Opinion Writing, and serving as Meeting Parliamentarian.
