Dies ging bei mir schon im Studium los, wo ich mich auf Personalmanagement und Produktions- & Logistikmanagement spezialisiert habe.Zu Beginn meiner beruflichen Karriere im Bereich Personal war ich als Recruiter tätig und habe hier hunderte Vorstellungsgespräche erfolgreich geführt. Das Thema Bewerbungsprozesse begleitet mich mein Leben lang. Ich bin da mittlerweile absoluter Experte.Dieses Wissen möchte ich dir nun im Rahmen meiner Trainings anbieten und dir bewährte Lösungen für deine beruflichen Herausforderung anbieten.Im Thema Trainings & Workshops bin ich ebenfalls schon jahrelang aktiv. Hier verantworte ich alle Aspekte der Personalarbeit an 2 Standorten in Deutschland, sowie einem Standort in Osteuropa und in den USA. Mein unmittelbarer Praxisbezug stellt einen großen Vorteil für dich dar, da ich tagesaktuelle Beispiele in meine Seminare mit einfließen lassen kann. Aus der Praxis, für die Praxis, dies ist das Ziel meiner Trainings.Im Jahr 2023 habe ich die Growing Mind Academy gegründet.
