Nice to meet you! My name is Tanja and I work as an intercultural communication and inclusive leadership coach. My mission is to help companies, organizations and leaders to understand cultural backgrounds and diversity so that we can turn cultural differences into organizational strengths.I have years of experience living and working abroad from Mexico to Australia, which has given me unique understanding of the different aspects of cultures from practicalities to adjusting to a new culture. Combining my personal experiences to my education, I can ensure my customers a smoother start and take into account their cultural background when advising and helping them with the relocation, and any bumps they may face with intercultural communication or global leadership.I have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Leadership and People Management. Currently, I study work and organizational psychology. In addition, I am also an internationally certified working style expert.
