I work with HR leaders and C-suite executives to help organizations improve workplace culture, especially around unfairness and exclusion. I also do legal consulting on the language of bias and discrimination. My academic research focuses on the intersection of anthropology and NLP/AI, including eliminating bias in AI and systematizing variability in cross-cultural communication.
